Quench Your Thirst – Mixologist Ethan Leslie Leong Creates 3 New Cocktails For CATCH

Ethan Leslie Leong knows the importance of staying hydrated. Any time is a good opportunity for a swig, according to the executive director and master mixologist at Maison Ikkoku Bar and Fort by Maison Ikkoku.

Ethan, who won the Champions of The Bacardi Singapore Cocktails Search 2012, also created The Jewel Of Pangaea in the same year. The cocktail, which was sold at $35,000 per glass at Pangaea Singapore, became named the World’s Most Expensive.

We haven’t found a way to turn your water into wine, but we managed to get this extremely talented bartender to help put the delicious into drinking. What’s more, he even shared three recipes – each with an optional alcoholic component for when you need a little buzz.

Let’s cheer to that!
